With roots in the construction industry since the age of 17, Umair’s journey began with roofing and landscaping. After earning a business diploma in supply chain management, he realized his dream of establishing his own construction company in 2019.
Reflecting on his journey, Umair was posed a critical question by his mentor: would he choose to do business with his own company? After thoughtful consideration, Umair’s initial answer was No. This revelation sparked a transformation within Straight Path Construction, igniting a commitment to surpass their own highest standards.
