But it was a life-changing moment, early in his entrepreneurial journey, that truly shaped the way he approaches business today. After starting his company, Umair was sitting down with his business mentor who asked him a simple yet profound question: “If you were a homeowner, would you do business with your own company?”
That question struck Umair deeply, and after a period of serious reflection, he realized the answer was no. He wouldn’t. He didn’t feel his company was offering the level of service or transparency that he, as a homeowner, would want.
This moment became a turning point for Umair. He made a commitment that would shape everything he did moving forward: to run the business with the core principle of “Would I do business with myself?” From that moment on, Umair worked tirelessly to ensure that his company offered the highest level of quality, integrity, and customer care—always holding himself to the same standard he would expect as a homeowner.

Asif is the guy who keeps things moving—both in the office and on the field. With a strong background in marketing and project management, he’s the bridge between clients and our construction crews. He ensures projects run smoothly, from initial consultation to final walkthroughs, and always makes sure our clients stay informed and stress-free. Asif also handles estimates and inspections, making sure every detail is considered before work begins. Outside of work, he’s always looking for creative ways to grow the business while balancing his love for the outdoors and good food.
